1 neliels sīpols
1 ķiploka daiviņa
30 g sviesta
2 ēdamkarotes svaiga, sasmalcināta timiāna
2 tējkarotes sakapātas raudenes
Sāls un pipari pēc garšas

Katliņā izkausē sviestu un apcep viegli zeltainu sasmalcinātu sīpolu un ķiploku. Sasmalcina sēnes un cep aptuveni desmit minūtes, ik pa laikam apmaisot. Pielej buljonu un vīnu, pievieno garšvielas (nedaudz timiāna atstājot zupas rotāšanai) un uz lēnas uguns vāra vēl aptuveni tikpat ilgu laiku. Pasniedz ar svaigu baltmaizi.
