100g cukura,
3 ēdamkarotes miltu,
Vaniļa,
Rīvēta citrona miziņa
Pagatavošana:
Cepumus smalki saberž, lai nepaliktu cepumu gabaliņi. Sviestu sasilda līdz istabas temperatūrai, sajauc kopā ar saberztajiem cepumiem.
Tortes formā ieklāj cepampapīru, plāts malas ieziež ar sviestu. Sviesta un cepumu masu ieklāj tortes formā, rūpīgi izlīdzina un mazliet “pieblietē”.
Filadelfijas sieru, cukuru, olas, miltus, ļoti nelielu daudzumu sarīvētas citrona miziņas un vaniļu sakuļ viendabīgā masā, pielūkojot, lai nepaliktu nekādu kunkuļu. Sagatavoto masu klāj tortes formā uz cepumu – sviesta masas, izlīdzina.
Cep cepeškrāsnī, 200 grādu temperatūrā, pusstundu.
Pēc izņemšanas no cepeškrāsns kūka jāatdzesē.
Dekorē ar šokolādes skaidiņām, ķiršiem vai kādiem citiem, sev tīkamākiem gardumiem. Var pasniegt ar ogu mērci.
