Tīģergarneļu un avokado salāti ar greipfrūtu dresingu
Dresingam:
100 ml svaigi spiestas greipfrūtu sulas,
4 tējkarotes svaigi spiestas laima sulas
Pustējkarote smalki sakapāta svaiga, nomizota ingvera saknes.
2 ēdamkarotes olīveļļas
Salātiem (4 porcijām):
2 sarkanie greipfrūti,
1 baltais greipfrūts,
100 g jeb viens iepakojums svaigu spinātu,
25 grami notīrītu lazdu riekstu,
2 ēdamkarotes nesālīta sviesta,
2 avokado,
2 tējkarotes svaigi spiestas laima sulas,
16 tīģergarneles,
2 tējkarotes olīveļļas,
Redīsu vai kviešu dīgsti.
Pagatavošana:
Pagatavo dresingu – sajauc kopā visas tā sastāvdaļas un pēc garšas pievieno sāli un piparus.
Notīra greipfrūtus. Nepieciešams notīrīt ne tikai mizu, bet arī baltās augļa starpsieniņas, lai paliktu tikai greipfrūta fileja.
Pannā izkausē sviestu, uz vidējas uguns to karsē, kamēr parādās putas. Apcep lazdu riekstus, pievienojot sāli un piparus. Kad rieksti paliek tumšāki, turpina cept vēl 5 minūtes. Gatavos riekstus atstāj atdzist uz papīra salvetes.
Avokado notīra un sagriež plānās šķēlēs. Apslaka ar laima sulu un viegli apkaisa ar sāli un pipariem.
Notīra tīģergarneles. Pannā uzkarsē eļļu, līdz tā karsta, bet vēl nekūp. Apcep tīģergarneles, līdz tās kļūst zeltainas. Cepšanas laiks – aptuveni 3 minūtes.
Ar rokām sapluina spinātus, sajauc ar pusi no greipfrūtu filejām, pusi dresinga, pēc garšas pievieno mazliet sāls un piparu.
Uz šķīvjiem kārto avokado un atlikušās greipfrūtu filejas, Pāri kārto tīģergarneles, spinātu – greipfrūtu maisījumu, pārkaisa ar dīgstiem. Pārlej atlikušo dresingu un pārber ar riekstiem.
